Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received and confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before are non-refundable.

Liability and Insurance

SkyWay Seekers acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification, licenses, and documentation required for your trip. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during your travels.
